Systemex wanted to integrate a CRM platform with automation in order to identify potential customers, define a complete sales process and automate several repetitive actions. They therefore turned to our consulting services team, a HubSpot partner, to carry out this project with them. Since the Systemex team was already using a contact management software, a data transfer had to be done in order to keep the contacts, companies and previous transactions in HubSpot.
In order to successfully import the data, we took the time to evaluate the fields in the old software that we wanted to keep. We then created these custom properties in HubSpot and imported all the data by identifying contacts and companies to transactions to keep track of current customers. We then modeled the sales process and identified places where we could make automations. Finally, we set up marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads.
