The Challenges

Petal, a company offering a secure cloud platform for healthcare organizations, faced major challenges in managing and optimizing its sales cycle. The company needed to thoroughly restructure its contact lifecycle and prospect qualification processes to meet growing demands for operational efficiency and immersive customer experience in the medical sector. The complexity lay in harmoniously orchestrating interactions across multiple web platforms (Petal, Medcom, Xacte, Dobsi, and Statgo) while ensuring consistency throughout the customer journey. The challenge also involved implementing a robust CRM system capable of automating and personalizing sales and customer success processes, while ensuring adoption of these new tools by marketing, sales, and customer experience teams. Additionally, the company needed to establish precise measurement mechanisms to evaluate return on investment and guide future strategic decisions.

 

The solutions

To address these challenges, a comprehensive approach was implemented, focused on digital transformation and process optimization. The complete redesign of Petal, Medcom, and Xacte websites, along with the migration of Dobsi and Statgo sites to HubSpot, formed the foundation of this transformation. The implementation of HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub created a unified CRM ecosystem, facilitating intelligent automation of sales processes and personalization of customer interactions at every stage of the journey.

In-depth technical SEO optimization was performed across all websites to maximize their visibility and performance. To ensure successful adoption of these new systems, a training and support program was deployed for marketing, sales, and customer experience teams, enabling them to master HubSpot's advanced features and fully leverage its potential.

Detailed dashboards and reports were established to precisely measure results and guide strategic decisions. This integrated approach strengthened the synergy between different departments and established a solid foundation for continuous process optimization and Petal's sustainable success in its industry.
