To address these challenges, Parkour3 began with an analysis of internal processes and a technology audit to fully understand the context. The HubSpot suite was then implemented, starting with Marketing Hub Pro and followed by Sales Hub Pro. Specific pipelines were defined for each business unit, supported by customized workflows to automate key steps. User access rights were secured by pipeline to ensure clear and effective management. Finally, an integration with Dropbox Sign was set up to streamline the sending and signing of quotes and contracts.
