The company needed a complete digital transformation to centralize customer and prospect data that was scattered across disparate systems. The lack of structure in the sales process limited the sales team's effectiveness, while numerous repetitive tasks reduced their productivity. Systemex also needed to modernize its online presence to improve prospect acquisition and engagement. The absence of formalized lead generation and nurturing strategies limited business development potential, and the company lacked a targeted approach to strategically engage high-potential accounts. Another major challenge was ensuring a complete and secure migration of data from their existing contact management system to a more powerful new platform.

The solutions
