Prével asked Parkour3 to help it deploy the HubSpot CRM platform to optimize customer relationship management and sales opportunities. Prével wanted to energize its sales process according to the best practices of inbound methodology. Since the adoption of a new CRM required the elaboration of its sales process and the design of automated tasks and personalized properties, Prével called on our team of consultants to support it in this transformation. Throughout the project, our team of HubSpot consultants segmented the steps, criteria and phases of the sales and purchasing journey to develop a standardized, automated lead nurturing procedure. These training sessions and several hours of coaching were prioritized to ensure that managers, sales and marketing teams understood all the proposed functionalities.
