Immofacile is a training school for all levels and types of real estate investor. At a time when integration and automation are key elements of operational efficiency, our project tackled an ambitious challenge: the integration and connection of multiple Hubs at Enterprise level, as well as the migration of an entire customized ERP system to the HubSpot CRM platform. This strategic deployment required meticulous planning and precise execution to ensure a smooth transition and optimum synergy between different aspects of the business.

Our initiative began by integrating and connecting several Enterprise-level Hubs, including CMS, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Service. The aim was to unify the company’s various functions within a centralized platform, enabling seamless collaboration and greater visibility at all levels. This process required meticulous orchestration to ensure a smooth transition without any disruption to operations.

A significant aspect of our project was the transfer of ImmoFacile’s customized ERP to the HubSpot CRM platform. This migration involved moving vast amounts of data and complex processes. Nearly 200,000 B2C contacts, including 45,000 marketing contacts, were carefully transferred to ensure continuity of customer relationships. In addition, almost a hundred workflows were replicated to automate and streamline various stages of the business, including the purchasing process. This process was reinforced by integration with several other applications such as Paypal, Quickbooks and InfusionSoft, enabling seamless interaction between these systems.

Our ambitious integration and migration project was crowned with success thanks to a strategic approach and meticulous execution. The integration of multiple Hubs at Enterprise level laid the foundations for improved collaboration and a clearer overview of operations. The successful transfer of custom ERP to the HubSpot CRM platform maintained business continuity while leveraging the benefits of automation. The entire process, from the migration of contacts and workflows to integration with other key applications, has enhanced the efficiency and consistency of operations.
