HubSpot - Digital marketing
Soucy Baron wanted to adopt a CRM platform to facilitate the management of their contacts and to automate their marketing efforts. Parkour3 being a HubSpot partner, they turned to our consulting services team for help. Before starting any project, we always take the time to sit down with the team to understand their expectations and establish a concrete plan for the coming weeks.
During the course of this project, we implemented tools and conducted several trainings to ensure that the team understood their options with HubSpot. We then developed lead generation strategies and ways to segment leads using a scoring system. Finally, we automated the lead nurturing process to generate opportunities for their sales team.
