The objective behind the redesign of Tourisme Laval’s website was to implement an innovative strategy to generate business and leisure travellers to Laval, increase the number of nights booked and the destination’s tourism revenues.
We implemented a strategy and developed an adaptive website focused on the surprising activities offered by the city of Laval. To do so, the site includes large format “storytelling” videos of the destinations’ must-sees, and provides users with activity recommendations based on their context, interests and location. The site also offers a lifestyle editorial approach where articles are combined with information on attractions, a bit like a magazine.
