A3 Surfaces wished to integrate a CRM platform to improve their sales process using an inbound strategy. As the adoption of a new CRM requires several configurations such as mapping the sales process and creating custom data fields, A3 Surfaces turned to our team of experts to facilitate the transition.
Throughout the mandate, our HubSpot consultants and trainers were able to divide tasks, progress conditions and transaction phases to build a standardized and automated sales pipeline. We then provided extensive training to ensure that users fully understood the various tools and features offered by HubSpot.
In order to integrate contacts, we created market-specific properties and produced reusable import excel files to integrate their future contacts. Understanding, customization and automation are the guidelines we aimed for to facilitate adoption.
