La Factry wanted to use a CRM platform to improve its contact management and centralize its sales process and marketing efforts in one place. As a HubSpot Diamond Partner, La Factry turned to us to configure their platform and train their team on the various features.


After setting up training tools specifically designed for them, our trainers conducted work sessions with their team on interface settings, the sales tool, automations, reporting and finally marketing. Following these training, we redefined the sales process and designed custom properties to ensure that essential information was retained in HubSpot. Finally, we automated their sales and tracking process and built reports to facilitate data visualization.
